Getting Started with Inventory
Create your locations
Set up your warehouses, shops, or storage areas under Locations so the system knows where stock is held.
Add your products
Go to Products and click "Add Product". Enter each item with its name, SKU, category, unit of measure, and pricing.
Record opening stock
Use the "Stock In" button to record the initial quantities on hand at each location.
Set low-stock alerts
Define minimum stock levels on each product so you receive notifications before items run out.
Track movements
All stock-ins, stock-outs, adjustments, and transfers are recorded automatically, giving you a complete audit trail.
